This is a very special year for us as we celebrate our 22th Anniversary. Oracle Travel & Holidays founded in 1987 with the aim of offering good quality holidays and all related services with very compatible prices to Turkey.

Over the years, despite the ups and downs of this very competitive market, I am pleased to say that mostly we have fulfilled what I set out to achieve. We have constantly invested in the UK, and Turkey in order to achieve our target of high standards of service. I am proud of our fantastic team in the UK and Turkey, which is dedicated to your service. We opened our own partner office in U.K as well as our 4 branch offices in Turkey to avoid the risks associated with working with third parties. All the staff in Turkish resorts are employed by us directly and all the vehicles and drivers are completely under our control. Personalised service and your safety are our top priorities. Most of our local representatives, who we prefer to refer to as ‘your hosts’ have been employed by us for many years and most of them are British people living in Turkey. They will be a valuable source of in-depth local knowledge for you and they will look after your welfare during your holiday. The best testimony to our achievement is the fact that around 70% of our clients have been on holiday with us before. I am also proud of the positive feedback which we receive from our clients year after year.

Our reps are far more than just company representatives, they are your hosts in Turkey By being in the resort with offices gaining complete control of our overseas operations we have ensured that all of our guests are looked after to the standards, which we expect, and that any problems are dealt with speedily and efficiently. You will find our team of British and English-speaking Turkish reps an invaluable source of local information and advice. They are carefully selected for their local knowledge, warm, friendly personalities and common sense. For many of our guests they become trusted friends and guides; other guests prefer to be more independent and our representatives will respect that too. We receive so many complimentary letters, emails and phone calls about our reps, many of whom have worked with Oracle Travel for many years that we decided it was time to give them the recognition they deserve. We sincerely believe that the job they are doing is not just being a rep, but really acting as your host in resort, making sure that you feel that you are a guest, experiencing a taste of true Turkish hospitality.

Your safety comes first

On your arrival in Turkey you will be met at the airport by one of our representatives. They will do their utmost to ensure that you are transported to your accommodation as swiftly and as comfortable as possible. We take great care over your transfer arrangements to and from the airport – after all this is the first and last impression you will have of our services. This year we have invested in our own fleet of minibuses / Buses to make sure that wherever possible we have an absolute guarantee of the quality of the vehicles which we are using and the drivers who we employ, who are carefully selected and strictly controlled to ensure that they do not work longer hours than the maximum recommended for driving. Your safety and comfort always come first. You will always be accompanied by a representative, usually in a minibus (sometimes a coach) and it will always be air - conditioned.
